CASE (collaborative) PhDs
Collaborative (CASE) PhD studentships promote partnerships between social scientists at King’s College London, Queen Mary University of London and Imperial College, and non-academic organisations. Students on CASE studentships enhance their training by working closely with the non-academic partner in the development of their research project.
- Academic supervisors work with your organisation to develop a project
- Non-academic partners can become a member of the PhD supervisory team
- LISS DTP funding covers standard UKRI fees and stipend
- Partner contribution can be in kind, e.g. access to data, office space, resources and equipment, training, field sites, or financial contribution toward studentship.
If you are interested in working with LISS DTP to offer a CASE studentship, please contact liss-dtp@kcl.ac.uk.
