Ridgeway Information Ltd is an SME and spin-out company from King’s College London. We are a research consultancy and have delivered impactful research and analysis for over ten years to a range of leading UK and international organisations. Our commitment to acting responsibly underpins everything we do; we are driven to have a positive impact on the sectors and communities we work in, and the wider world.
The student will work in support of aspects of a large-scale research project that we run, which is funded by the UK government and carried out for the UN’s International Atomic Energy Agency. No prior knowledge of nuclear non-proliferation would be required as we would give substantial training to anyone placed with us. Furthermore, the student would have a structured onboarding at the start of the placement and ongoing 1:1 mentorship; exposure to research consultancy work with major client(s), such as UN or UK government agencies; opportunity to work across the full lifespan of a research project; introductions and shadowing opportunities with key clients and partners; access to industry networking and events; exposure to best operational practices at both a private company and charitable foundation.
The student would work as part of our multicultural, interdisciplinary and inter-generational research team. Our main office is based in Aldgate in the city of London and the student would be welcome to join us there for part of all of the working week.
Students who would like to apply should send a CV and covering letter to Joanna Kidd (joanna.kidd@ridgeway-information.com). Ridgeway will interview all applicants.
