Thesis title:
Mental Health, Occupational Outcomes and Wellbeing Among Lower Paid NHS Staff
Abstract:
A mixed methods PhD project comprising of three core studies: a systematic review, secondary data analysis from a longitudinal cohort study (NHS CHECK) and interviews with healthcare workers. In addition, my PhD includes a four-month policy internship at NHS-England with the Evaluation and Insights team under the Health and Wellbeing Programme. The team leads work across staff health and wellbeing and with various other stakeholders to ensure effective evaluation is central to developing and delivering programmes.
