13th May @ 2:00 PM - 3:15 PM
As a backdrop of result of recent and ongoing events, you are likely dealing with a lot of upheaval in a constantly changing situation clouded with uncertainty. Having changes imposed upon you, you may want to increase your capacity to navigate the process and do what you can to respond in a way that serves you better. In this session you will analyse how you respond when you experience change and identify alternative responses that will work better for you. We will explore the nature of change and decision-making in uncertainty. Engaging with the programme will gain you a deeper understanding of your personal change responses and equip you to make better choices when under pressure.
There will be an accompanying workbook that includes some pre-course work. Engaging with this webinar will enable you to:
• Assess your current approaches to change: which serve you, and which might be developed to serve you better
• Explore the common processes of change, and relate to your own previous and current experiences
• Experiment with some techniques and strategies for coping with change, and developing yourself in the process
This webinar is facilitated by Sarah Robins-Hobden, a Chartered Psychologist, Fellow of the Higher Education Academy, and member of the British Psychological Society’s Special Group in Coaching Psychology. Please note that this webinar will be recorded for those unable to make the live event.
